Our founder Freya has been training clients since 2020, specialising in female weight training!
Femalebodyworkouts has helped 100's of women to achieve their best results in the most realistic way!
Since opening our Femalebodyworkouts gym in January 2024, Eleanor, Emily and Alice have since qualified as Level 3 Personal Trainers. They have received intense training and guidance under Freya's supervision to give every client the same quality service which has always been provided.

CLASSES AND CLUBS
Whether you are new to exercise or you workout regularly, our 30-45 minute daily core classes cater for all!
With over 50 classes a week held in our custom made studio, there is literally no excuses!
Our Fitness Instructors hold our core classes every morning, mid-morning, afternoon and evening so you can work out when it suits you.
We also have a selection of alternative specialist classes which include Yoga, Pilates, Boxercise and so much more! We are also HYROX affiliated, offering six classes a week!
In addition to our group classes, we also offer 3 x running clubs a week, which are great for those who enjoy the outdoors!

Our gym in Barton is a great space to support your training, whether you’re following a programme or fitting in a workout that works around your schedule.

Your membership includes access to the gym floor throughout our opening hours, giving you the freedom to train independently at a time that suits you.

The gym is fully equipped with a wide range of cardio equipment, including treadmills, stairmasters, a rowing machine, and a SkiErg, alongside a comprehensive selection of free weights and weight training machines to support strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.
​
Our class timetable continues to evolve, with some sessions extended to 45 minutes and additional hybrid-style classes designed to help you stay fit and strong.

You’ll also find functional training equipment such as a sled, perfect for adding variety and intensity to your workouts.
