WHAT IS FBW70?

At Femalebodyworkouts we are passionate about making weight training accessible for all women.

That why we invented FBW70. Our improved and exciting introduction to fitness & weight training, to help you become your fittest, whilst learning how to take on the gym independently.

 

This 70 day (10 week) bespoke course will include the following:

  • A one hour weekly group session (subject to times and availability); with one of our experienced Personal Trainers at Femalebodyworkouts. In this session we will work through technique, form and execution of each exercises that are based on the gym floor. 

  • A full weight training booklet, to support you through the 10 weeks of workouts. In this booklet there will be information on everything you need to know on the gym floor, in addition to set workouts to do independently and written teaching techniques for each specific lift.

  • Videos on all exercises, will be filmed and posted weekly on our group WhatsApp chat to help you if you miss a session or need a recap!
