FOUNDER, DIRECTOR, CEO AND PERSONAL TRAINER

Hey I’m Freya the founder of FBW, but I want to be known as the personal trainer around here, I’ll leave the hard jobs to Becky! 

 

I have been personal training since 2020 and specialise in female weight training, although I’ve been dabbling in running ever since I got into fitness and with our run club, I’ve really been enjoying it becoming one of my interests too! 

 

I love teaching women how to become the best versions of themselves, whether that’s aesthetics, socially, self development or professional. Through working face to face with me you will be able to become fitter, stronger and realise there is nothing out there stopping you from achieving your goals. 

 

I will become your best friend and your cheerleader from the very start helping you find happiness in the gym, and still go out at the weekend with your best girlfriends! Life is about balance and I’m sure you’ll find it when training with me! 

 

I offer 1-1 and 2-1 face to face training, with lifestyle change & guidance, teaching you how to transform your body and mind.

GYM MANAGER AND COO

Hey I’m Becky, the Manager. But if you’re new around here, you’ll get to know that you can ask me anything!


I have been working with FBW since 2021, so I know exactly how it works! I have done it all from weight training, weight loss and maintaining all while eating as many calories as I can! Yes I’m a foodie too! So don’t worry about pizza, burgers or too many Aperol spritz because I’ll be sure to include them in your nutritional plan!


My true passion is my running and I love guiding our female only club, which if you give me your number I’ll be happy to add you to the group!


I love the community we have built here at FBW and my ambition to grow the team even bigger gives me my daily kick. It gives me so much pride to be part of an amazing community and meet such like minded women who I learn from every day!


So if you ever want to drop me an idea of how we can improve the club, enquire about a personalised programme, start nutritional coaching or just want a general chat about anything that’s going on in your crazy life, please come and knock on my door!

PERSONAL TRAINER

HEAD OF PERSONAL TRAINING 

Hey I’m Eleanor! I’ve been part of FBW since 2021 and I have never looked back.

​

I started weight training with the intention to put muscle mass on my small frame and build confidence in and outside the gym.

​

I soon found out that it didn’t matter about size when it came to strength and found my love for lifting heavy in the gym and progressing each week!


I have been able to adapt my diet to support my goals and achieve size I thought might never be possible. All without tracking a single calorie. My knowledge on nutrition and
what needs to be done to gain lean muscle mass has advanced through my time with FBW and I can’t wait to help you all too.


My passion for improving women’s confidence, is what has driven me to work for the FBW team. I am always happy to help you with form and technique or if you’re having a bad day and just want to get it off your chest!


I hope to support as many of you as possible when training independently in the gym or joining me as we sweat it all out in my classes!

PERSONAL TRAINER

HEAD OF NUTRITIONAL COACHING

Hey I’m Emily, but you can call me Em! I’ve been in love with sport since I was a little girl.

 

From football to cheerleading, latin and netball. However, I had always had an interest in female weight training and becoming and looking stronger, that’s why I joined FBW.


My love for weight training has got so much stronger since working with FBW, that I decided to take the plunge and join the team. I have worked closely with Freya and the team for some time and have gained extensive knowledge and understanding on programming and nutrition.


Yes I’ve done it all, dieted, maintained and done lean bulks. So if you have any questions on nutrition I can give you some nods in the right direction or you could just join our very own successful nutritional coaching which has helped me with my success!


My drive in everything I do in life has made me more determined than ever to support every single woman who enters this gym. So if you ever need a push on the gym floor, some motivation to workout or a new dance routine on a night out, be sure to get to my classes and give me a nod on the gym floor!

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR & PERSONAL TRAINER FROM JANUARY 2025

HEAD OF SALES

Hey I'm Alice, the newest member of the FBW team. I'm thrilled to be joining such a wonderful group of girls and to help contribute to the growth of FBW.

​

I have been weight training for 6 years now with a focus on strength training - I love the feeling of adding a little extra weight after a couple of weeks of hard work. The transformative effects of strength training and regular physical activity have gone beyond just shaping my body and has improved my mental health and overall happiness.

 

Outside of the gym, I love cooking and baking for my family, spending time with family, friends and two little fur babies Ted and Bella (which beans is yet to meet), and having the odd wine or three.

 

I joined FBW in January as a client and have experienced a huge sense of empowerment and joy training with the girls, so much so that I've been inspired to take the next step and become a Fitness Instructor with the team and ill be training to become a Personal Trainer in the future.

​

I can't wait to get started and to share my passion with all of you, helping you to achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall wellbeing.

Can’t recommend Freya enough! Not only is she a fantastic PT who offers a range of programmes so there’s something suitable for everyone, but she’s also the most genuine and hardworking person who really wants the best for all of her girls.

I have been having weekly PT sessions with Freya since February when I was ready to start back in the gym after having a baby - she’s massively helped me on my postpartum fitness journey so that I feel strong and confident again. After years of being super critical about myself and my appearance, I’m determined to change and take on the Female Body Workouts mentality of loving yourself! It’s possible to work out, have a social life, be a mum of two and fuel your body well & after having a little girl myself in January, I now more than ever want this to be everything I promote for her and all the girls in my life
