At Femalebodyworkouts we pride ourselves in creating the most bespoke sessions with guided support through our 1-1 and 1-2 personal training sessions.
With four Personal Trainers to choose from there is nothing stopping you!

PERSONALISED PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME

*Only available in 4, 8,12 or 16 week packages*

Whats included:

- An online or face to face consultation to discuss your personalised goals and requirements to ensure we can create the most personalised, realistic and maintainable exercise plan.

- A full personalised exercise programme for the duration of your plan, including cool down and warm ups.

- An option of 1 or 2 (one hour) slot, per week with a dedicated Personal Trainer to perform a workout of your choice from your personalised programme.

- A one hour consultation to go through your personalised programme, including how to set up, execute and teaching points of every exercise in your plan.

- Weekly ongoing check ins to monitor progression, regression and adaptations to your plan.

- Calculation for nutrition, including personalised calories, protein and step targets to help assist you with reaching your goals.

- A permanent slot going forward, this slot will be yours to keep until you discontinue.

PERSONALISED PERSONAL TRAINING AND NUTRITIONAL COACHING

Whats included:

-A​In addition to everything noted above, you will also engage in our nutritional coaching package which has helped thousands of women to get the results they wanted faster.

This includes:​

- Welcome package, including all information on how we can measure your progress and ensure that you’re getting the best results. Including our check in sheet, meal ideas and shopping list.

- Day to day catch ups to ensure your getting full support and being accountable over WhatsApp, in addition to advice on eating out, calorie control and help with accuracy of tracking and adapting the plan around your lifestyle.

- Weekly check ins, including scale weight, measurements and photographs with new goal setting every week.

Since opening the gym Eleanor, Emily and Alice have followed in her foot steps and are now Level 3 Personal Trainers who have undergone specific training in weight training.
